BCAA

Bcaa (branched-chain amino acids) make up around 35% of muscle proteins and are a major source of muscle trophism. Branched-chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) facilitate the development of muscle mass in athletes, facilitate recovery and provide energy in endurance and power sportscan be taken before / during / after each workout, to restore natural reserves and to raise blood concentration. Branched-chain amino acids are immediately bioavailable. BCAAs are metabolised only in skeletal muscle, as the enzyme BCAA amino-transferase is not present in the liver where many other amino acids are converted instead. Many studies indicate that BCAAs are able to reduce the onset of DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness).

GLUTAMINE PEPTIDE

Glutamine peptide is the most soluble and stable form of classic glutamine, allowing it to be better transported into the blood stream and muscle tissue. It is a necessary amino acid for athletes. Here's why:
- It is used as an energy source by many cells in our body, including the immune system, thereby boosting the immune system;
- naturally stimulates GH levels;
– promotes recovery and can increase cell volume by being a vehicle for water and other nutrients, but without causing water retention;
- studies show that glutamine causes an increase in energy expenditure resulting in increased oxidation of fat;
- can be useful in regulating blood pH (acidity level in the blood) by acting as a 'buffer', i.e. a substance that can buffer acidity;
- has been shown to enhance 50% post-exercise glycogen resynthesis;
– prevents muscle proteins from being broken down to form new ones after high exertion.

Vitamin B2 acts significantly as an antioxidant within the body. Vitamin B2 is responsible for maintaining healthy blood cells, contributes to increased energy levelsIt facilitates a healthy metabolism, prevents free radical damage, contributes to growth, protects the skin and eyes, helps delay fatigue and exhaustion, and can improve endurance. B2 must be present in sufficient quantities in the body to allow vitamin B6 to do its job properly.

Vitamin B6 plays an important role in a number of physical and metabolic functions.
